No. It is a commitment to sell at stated terms. After shipping you issue a regular (commercial) invoice.
What are Incoterms?
Standard trade terms (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP) that say who pays for transport, insurance and customs.
Can I download it as Excel too?
Yes. Besides the PDF you can download an Excel (.xlsx) file with live formulas, or a CSV of the line items.
Do you keep my data?
No. Your company details are saved only in your own browser. The PDF is created in memory and deleted immediately.
