What is the difference between a quotation and an estimate?
A quotation is a fixed price offer valid until a date; an estimate is an approximate price. This template works for both – just change the title.
Can the client sign the quote?
Yes. The PDF has an 'Accepted by' signature line so the client can sign and send it back.
Can I download it as Excel too?
Yes. Besides the PDF you can download an Excel (.xlsx) file with live formulas, or a CSV of the line items.
Do you keep my data?
No. Your company details are saved only in your own browser. The PDF is created in memory and deleted immediately.
Is the Quotation / Estimate free?
Yes, completely free with no signup and no daily limit.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac.
