A packing list tells the carrier, customs and the receiver exactly what is in each package. List items, quantities, number of packages, net and gross weight and dimensions; totals are calculated automatically. Add invoice and order numbers, carrier and tracking.

What is the difference between net and gross weight?
Net weight is the goods only; gross weight includes packaging (boxes, pallets).
Is a packing list required for export?
Most freight shipments and many customs authorities require one together with the commercial invoice.
Can I download it as Excel too?
Yes. Besides the PDF you can download an Excel (.xlsx) file with live formulas, or a CSV of the line items.
Do you keep my data?
No. Your company details are saved only in your own browser. The PDF is created in memory and deleted immediately.
Is the Packing List free?
