Frequently asked questions
Can I sell products with these barcodes?
The image is valid, but for retail stores your EAN/UPC number must come from GS1 (your company prefix). For internal SKUs and inventory any Code 128 value is fine.
What is a check digit?
The last digit of EAN/UPC/ITF codes, calculated from the others so scanners can detect mistakes. Enter 12 digits for EAN-13 and we add it.
How do I make many barcodes at once?
Switch to 'Bulk', paste or upload a CSV with one code per line (optionally 'code,label') and download a printable A4 PDF with 24 labels per page.
