About Image to Excel
Have a price list, packing list, invoice table or timetable only as a photo? Kitbly reads the picture with free OCR (Tesseract) in your browser, finds the rows and columns and builds an Excel (.xlsx) file with one value per cell – numbers are stored as numbers, so you can add them up straight away. You see the table first and can tap any cell to fix it. Works with Korean, English, Russian, Uzbek and 22 more languages. Your photo never leaves your device.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Free with no sign-up, no watermark and no hidden limits on pages or files beyond what your device can handle.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The table is read on your device. Only the cell text is sent once to build the Excel file and is not stored.
What kinds of tables work best?
Printed tables with clear gaps or lines between columns: price lists, invoices, packing lists, bank statements, timetables. Handwritten tables are much harder.
Can I fix mistakes?
Yes. Every cell in the preview can be edited before you download. You can also copy the table and paste it into Excel or Google Sheets.
Which languages?
26, including Korean, English, Russian, Uzbek, Japanese and Chinese. Pick the languages that appear in the table.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac.
