How to use the Live Conversation Translator
- Pick two languages – For example English and Korean.
- Tap your mic and speak – Each person has their own button.
- Read or listen – The translation appears big for the other person and can be read aloud.
About Live Conversation Translator
Put the phone on the table between you: each person gets half of the screen in their own language and their own big microphone button. Speak, and the other half shows the translation in large text and can read it aloud. Prefer one phone in your hands? Use the list view and the big “Show to the other person” screen. With two earbuds, each person hears only their own language. Speech recognition runs on your device; nothing is saved unless you tap Save.

Which languages?
All 18 Kitbly languages, including English, Korean, Russian, Uzbek, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and Japanese.
Does it work offline?
Speech recognition works offline after the first download. Translation uses your browser's built-in translator when it has one, otherwise a free on-device model (also downloaded once).
How do the earbuds work?
Person A wears the left earbud, person B the right one. When A speaks, B hears the translation in the right ear, and the other way round. Use “Test left/right” first.
Is my recording uploaded?
No. Speech recognition runs on your device. The text only leaves it if you choose translation by your browser's cloud, AI polish or the online voice – each is marked.
Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up, no limits, no subscription.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac.
