Is my photo uploaded?
In Safari, no – HEIC is shown on your device. Other browsers can't read HEIC, so the photo is converted to JPG once on our server over HTTPS and deleted right away. JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, TIFF and SVG are never uploaded.
How do I turn HEIC into JPG?
Click Convert to… and choose HEIC to JPG – it keeps the full resolution.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook, iPhone and Android. On Android you can also install the free Kitbly app and pick it in “Open with”.
